CNC Aplicado has developed a robust Quality Management System to support production of sheet metal components as well as end products with high level of precision, complexity and  cosmetics requirements. We combined the concepts of the Total Quality Management philosophy with the ISO9001 systemic structure and the best practices of the Quality Assurance Systems.

Quality Tools

We offered as part of our services tools such as FAIRS,  Capability Analysis (Cpk), Process Characterization, Control Plans, Statistical Process Control (SPC), DOE, and others, also certifications such as: AWS and United Listing (UL).

Metal punching and Forming

CNC Aplicado offers the latest in turnkey punching and sheet metal forming capabilities, including CNC punching and laser fabrication technology. We focus on operational excellence, allowing us to exercise our equipment to its fullest potential and achieve a satisfactory level of quality. CNC Aplicado offers different options  to welding. Our operators are trained and certified in the Mig, Tig and Spot welding processes. For specific products, we can offer robotic welding to improve the level of precision. We can weld Steel in its different forms: CR, HR,  Pre-coated and Stainless, also aluminum and other types of metal.

CNC Aplicado can finish your parts according to your requirements. We offer a variety of finishing methods depending on the use and application of your products.

Metal Finishing

Finishing expertise is critical to longevity. Our powder and liquid coat painting capabilities provide complete solutions and assure it will outlast environmental tests.  Depending on your needs, we can meet your requirements for salt-spray test and ANSI standards.   We specialize in finishing cold-rolled, hot-rolled, and pre-coated steel, as well as aluminum and stainless steel.

CNC Aplicado can match your color requirements wheather these are standard or custom mix options.

CNC Aplicado offers also a solution for your printing requirements through our silk screening and pad printing capabilities.

Assembly and Integration
